Dripify has a Smart Inbox that filters unwanted messages for you so you can focus on messages from leads. Please double-check whether the person who has just messaged you on LinkedIn is in your “Leads” list in Dripify.

If you’re not able to find a message from one of your leads in your Inbox, try refreshing. If you’ve tried refreshing your inbox and the message isn’t visible yet, please reach out to our support team via live chat, or shoot an email to [email protected].

Can't Send Messages to a User via the Dripify Inbox?

If you're using the "InMail" action in your prospecting campaigns in Dripify, you might see that some of your inbox conversations are locked:

The reason why you're seeing this is that the user has received your InMail, but they have not yet responded to it. According to LinkedIn, you cannot send a follow-up to this user until they respond to your initial InMail message.

Thus, once you receive a response from this lead, the ability to message them will be restored 😇
