If your team uses Single Sign-On (SSO) for increased security, you might notice some limitations when adding new leads directly from LinkedIn. However, there are effective workarounds to continue your work on Dripify without disruption. π‘
Option 1: Upload leads via CSV file
1. Use LinkedIn or third-tools to gather lead information. You only need the leads LinkedIn URLs; Dripify will do the rest.
2. Save the collected data in a CSV format.
3. Navigate to your Dripify campaign and use the CSV upload feature to add your leads.
This method allows you to maintain your SSO settings while continuing your outreach campaigns. π
Option 2: Temporarily disable SSO to add leads
Alternatively, in case you have such an option, you can temporarily disable SSO to add leads directly from LinkedIn:
1. Access your account settings and turn off SSO authentication, or ask your admin to do it for you.
2. Use your standard credentials to log in, or simply reload the page if you are already logged in.
3. Please go to the 'My account' section -> preferred LinkedIn contract and select the name of your subscription (usually, there is a single option that corresponds to your account)
4. Proceed to add new leads as you normally would.
5. Once leads are uploaded, reactivate SSO in your account settings.
β οΈ Note: After re-enabling SSO, there might be a slight delay before the changes take full effect. Please allow a few minutes for the system to update.
Additionally, we understand the importance of uninterrupted integration between Dripify and your LinkedIn account. Our development team is actively working on bringing this functionality to allow direct lead addition without the need for workarounds.
Stay tuned for updates! π
