Introducing a new approach to engage with leads - conditions

Our commitment to help you close more deals through more sophisticated drip campaigns has not changed. That’s why we're introducing a new way to build sophisticated sequences to reach more leads within the existing limits of all possible communication channels.

Conditions can now be added to the campaign sequence to determine the course of action a lead will take after the condition is met or not.

Available conditions include:

  • If connected

  • If viewed message

  • If email available

  • If open profile

So, how does it work?

Let’s say your goal is to maximize the number of connection requests sent. You can add the condition ‘If email available’ to automatically check if the lead’s email address is in the system. If it is, it would be a good idea to send an invite by email to save your regular invitation requests since regular invites are limited. But if the email is not in the system, then you could move forward by using a regular invitation.

The next time you click the Add Action button on your sequence, you can add conditions, too! Learn more about this feature here.
