Introducing a new approach to engage with leads - conditions

Our commitment to helping you close more deals through more sophisticated drip campaigns has always been one of our top priorities for us. That’s why we're introducing a new way to build sophisticated sequences to reach more leads within the existing limits of all possible communication channels.

Conditions can now be added to the campaign sequence to determine the course of action a lead will take after the condition is met or not.

Available conditions include:

  • If connected;

  • If viewed message;

  • If email is available;

  • If open profile.

So, how does it work?

Let’s say your goal is to maximize the number of people that you are reaching. You can add the condition ‘If open profile’ to automatically check if the lead has an open profile on LinkedIn. If it is, it would be a good idea to send an InMail to save your invitation requests since regular invites are limited. But if the user doesn't have an open profile, then you could move forward by using a regular invitation.

The next time you click the Add Action button on your sequence, you can add conditions, too!
